Project Notes: The Greeney Residence is a 3-story house with a roof deck and basement in Portland’s West Hills perched on a steep slope with the help of grouted micropiles tying the structure back to stable bedrock. Massive retaining walls, custom railings, 5 levels, and a bridge to the garage made this project quite challenging for a “box”.
