Project Notes: This complex of 10 different 4-story buildings and leasing office was an exercise in attempting to utilize repetition economy over varying conditions.  The site also required additional attention, with concrete retaining walls for grading and to separate one of the buildings from the rest over a riparian zone.

Status: Completed in 2014
